Diana is a competition, regulatory and dispute resolution lawyer. She has particular expertise in all aspects of competition law, economic regulation and access matters, consumer protection and product safety.

Diana regularly acts for regulators, including the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, and private clients in regulatory investigations and enforcement actions. Diana is also an experienced commercial litigator.
