Building and construction litigation (both residential and commercial), insolvency, commercial contracts and real property (including retail and commercial lease disputes) are specialty areas of David's practice. David is an Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation and holds a Certificate in commercial mediation making him eligible for appointment to the NSW Law Society's Mediator's Panel.
