Applications to the Court for grants of Probate of Letters of Administration - whether contested or uncontested; Acting for executors and administrators, advising and assisting them where necessary on the day to day administration of a deceased estate; Advising and acting for clients (as either the applicant or the estate) in regard to family provision or other contested estate matters.
