Cheng specialises in helping clients navigate complex legal, commercial and regulatory landscapes in telecommunications and technology. He is the leader of King & Wood Mallesons’ Global Cybersecurity team and was instrumental in developing KWM’s “7 Pillars of Cyber-Resilience”. He has a particular focus on assisting clients in their investigation of, and dealings with regulators and customers in relation to, data security breach incidents.
