About Carolyn

Carolyn has specialised in property law for nearly 20 years and leads the national property group at Holding Redlich. Carolyn is a recognised property expert with a particular interest in property ownership and development, especially the delivery of land subdivision, titling and governance solutions to value-add to a project and provide solutions that are commercially sustainable. Coupled with these skills are property and project finance expertise and structuring knowledge. Carolyn is a regular presenter and commentator on property law and property finance topics both within the legal industry and to property industry bodies. Carolyn has been a director of the Property Council of Australia since 2007 and sits on the national board.
