About Brendan

Brendan Maier is a partner in the Property & Development Group at Colin Biggers and Paisley. Brendan has significant experience in the property and finance industry, having spent two years as in-house legal counsel for one of Australia's largest property developers.

Brendan has worked with property developers, construction companies, state and local government authorities and commercial and retail investors. He has advised on a range of transactions including site acquisition and disposal, development agreements, finance and syndication arrangements, environmental remediation of development sites, hotel and serviced apartment development and management, contractual disputes and "off the plan" sales of residential and commercial units.

Brendan was admitted as a solicitor in the ACT in 1997 and in NSW in 2000. He is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of NSW, Federal Court and High Court of Australia.

Brendan is a member of the Law Society of NSW and Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA).
