Aron Neilson

Aron has substantial experience in advising and conducting litigation in all areas of industrial and employment law and has a particular focus on employee and executive rights protection in the workplace.

Aron has acted as an advisor to large national trade unions and their members along with senior executives in both the private and public sector. Aron has published previous articles on employment and industrial law issues both within Australia and internationally and is admitted to practice in both NSW and England in Wales. In 2010, Aron was invited by a non government organisation to the International Labour Organisation annual conference in Geneva to present and discuss issues related to freedom of association in Turkey.
