Aarthi is a lawyer specialising in competition and consumer law investigations and litigation. She has worked on a number of litigious matters for private sector, public sector and not-for-profit clients and has advised generally on the competition and consumer law aspects of commercial transactions and endeavours. Aarthi has assisted a number of clients in responding to investigations by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission and other regulatory agencies such as the Australian Securities and Investment Commission.
