We take data security very seriously and no data from your document is stored on our Lexis Draft servers.

When analysing the document using Lexis Draft Research Tools, we send the text of the document to our servers to recognise and resolve any entities selected for search – cases, legislation, companies, organisations, legal terms, etc. The request itself is sent over an SSL connection and once the information is on the server, it is only stored in memory. The document is isolated to our Lexis Draft servers and not sent to any other Lexis Advance servers.

Once the request is complete, the contents are cleared from memory.
