Scarlet is a highly experienced workplace and regulatory lawyer and is a Partner in the Sydney office of McCullough Robertson. As a former prosecutor with SafeWork NSW, Scarlet is an accomplished litigator and conducts employment, regulatory, corporate and criminal law related litigation matters in various
courts and tribunals throughout Australia.

Scarlet is the Australian Founder and Australian Chapter Leader of the Women’s White Collar Defense Association, which is a global organisation that promotes the common business and professional interests of women lawyers who specialise in white collar crime.
