Megan Brayne is a lawyer with expertise in the field of native title and Aboriginal land rights.

She has experience with contentious matters including general commercial and native title litigation, and non-contentious matters, including negotiations for exploration and mining agreements on native title lands and Aboriginal land in the Northern Territory.

Megan has a particular interest in negotiations with a political element. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW in 2003.
