Lena Hung

Lena Hung is the Principal of Lena Hung and Associates and is an Accredited Immigration Law Specialist based in Melbourne, with over 16 years of experience in migration law. She is actively involved in migration law committees and presently holds the following positions:

• 2019 - 2021 Chair of Administrative Law and Human Rights section of the Law Institute of Victoria (LIV)
• Committee Member of Migration Law Committee (Law Council of Australia)
• Committee Member of the LIV’s Specialisation - Immigration Law Advisory Committee
• Committee Member of the LIV’s Migration Law Committee
• Accredited Educator for the Migration Institute of Australia

Lena is the primary CPD presenter for Enriched Migration Training, and has taught hundreds of migration lawyers and RMAs. She has covered relevant and timely updates on key migration areas including business skills, employer sponsorship, skilled migration, student visas, family migration, and visa cancellations. Lena is regularly invited to present CPD topics for a number of CPD providers in migration law and legal education.

Lena writes the Business and Investor Visas chapter of Australian Immigration Law.
