Bill Madden

Bill is a Special Counsel at Carroll & O'Dea Lawyers, is an adjunct professor at the Australian Centre for Health Law Research at Queensland University of Techology and a senior fellow in the Melbourne Law Masters program at the University of Melbourne.

He is on the editorial board member for the LexisNexis publications Australian Health Law Bulletin and Australian Civil Liability, and is a co-author of the books Australian Medical Liability (4th edition), Institutional abuse of children: Legal remedies and redress in Australia, (2nd edition) and The National Disability Insurance Scheme Handbook published by LexisNexis.

Bill was Admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW in 1981, and qualified as a Public Notary NSW in 1989 and as an Accredited Specialist NSW in 1993.
