Paul leads the strategic direction and teams responsible for Operations across Asia Pacific including customer operations, warehousing, and fulfilment. He is also responsible for customer experience, business processes & systems, and continuous improvement efforts to ensure LexisNexis actions its commitment to provide customers with a world class experience.
Paul previously held the role of National Manager, Sales Strategy & Operations and was responsible for developing and implementing initiatives to support revenue growth and penetration of new products and solutions. Paul has over 10 years' experience with LexisNexis, commencing in London in 2002 within the core sales team and has held senior roles across the sales, strategy and operations businesses.
Paul is a member of the global RE Cares steering committee, a global community program supporting employee and corporate engagement which aims to positively impact society through volunteering and giving.
Before joining LexisNexis, Paul headed up operations for Africa's largest branded food service franchisor, Famous Brands, in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
