John Pegg

John was admitted as a solicitor in 2015 and predominantly practices in corporate and commercial law, acting for a range of international and national clients across a variety of industries and sectors.

John’s corporate and commercial experience includes acting and advising on:

• M&A transactions;
• capital raising;
• commercial contracts;
• competition law (cartel provisions, misuse of market power, and resale price maintenance);
• shareholder agreements and constitutions;
• corporate governance;
• regulatory compliance; and
• corporate structuring.

John has also written for the UNSW Law Journal Student Series on competition law, and regularly prepares articles on updates to the law.
