Dr Paula Gerber

Professor Gerber is an internationally renowned construction law scholar, based in the Faculty of Law at Monash University, Melbourne.  She pioneered the teaching of construction law in Australian universities and her significant contribution to construction law education and scholarship has been recognised in the numerous awards, including, most recently, the Monash University Vice Chancellor's Excellence in Teaching Award. Prior to entering academia, Paula worked as a construction lawyer in London and Los Angeles, before returning to Australia where she became a partner in a leading Melbourne law firm.
