Philip N. Argy B Com LL B FACS HLM

Philip is an experienced mediator and arbitrator, having successfully resolved hundreds of technology disputes, many of them highly complex involving tens of millions of dollars. He also specialises in intellectual property, science, technology and competition law and has been a computer buff for over 35 years, as well as being an experienced programmer.  

Philip left Mallesons Stephen Jaques in 2007 after being with the firm for almost 32 years, 24 of them as a partner. He established ArgyStar.com in January 2008 to implement dispute resolution strategies in the IT sector, and more generally to apply the ADRroit Principles, which are jointly promoted by the Australian Computer Society, IAMA, and the Project Management Institute.
