Welcome

Our November issue brings you news about a special report to help you deal with the fallout from the financial crisis, the success of our recent In-house Counsel seminar, how LexisNexis scooped a range of awards from ACBA. As well as how you can pre-order the 2009 edition of Australian Corporations Legislation and special offers you can take advantage of.

In line with LexisNexis’ commitment to premium publishing and due to popular demand, a third volume for Ritchie’s Uniform Civil Procedure NSW will be introduced in January 2009.

The new format will provide a more user-friendly, portable and flexible service. The new three-volume Service of Ritchie’s has also been conveniently designed so that, in most cases, the third volume will not be required in Court.

This new enhancement is just part of the ongoing developments we are working on to meet your evolving needs.
