Accessing Word documents from LexisNexis Online
If you have the following software installed on your computer:
Windows 2000, Internet Explorer 5.0 and Word 2000
OR
Windows NT, Internet Explorer 4.0 and Word 2000
You may be prompted to enter a user name and password when accessing a Word document. If this happens you will need to install the Office 2000 Service Release 1a (SR-1a) Update. Please see the Microsoft website for instructions and to download the Service Release: http://office.microsoft.com/downloads/2000/O2kSR1DDL.aspx.
