The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) is responsible for supervising domestic licensed financial markets in Australia. As part of its supervisory responsibilities, ASIC makes market integrity rules and monitors compliance by market participants.
These rules apply to market operators, market participants, other prescribed entities and financial products traded on the relevant markets.
Note: This is a companion volume to the ASX Operating Rules. LexisNexis issues the ASIC/ASX Market Integrity Rulebook to all subscribers of the ASX Operating Rules.
