Great starting point for those front office basics designed to help get you started, or to refresh existing knowledge.

What’s it about? – Affinity essentials will cover off the basic principles of front office fundamentals such as matter management, phonebook capabilities, client data capture and management, and customisation principles.

What’s involved? – A 1 day course taught onsite, with no prerequisites, although basic computer skills are assumed. Each participant will be required to have access to a computer .

Affinity Workflow

Learn how to streamline your practice using Affinity’s workflow automation and tracking features.

What’s it about? - This course is designed for anyone who has an interest in developing and automating workflow procedures for their practice. Upon completion of the course participants will be able to demonstrate the benefits of workflow creation, add workflows to matters, and be competent in data forms and precedent configuration.

What’s involved? – A 1 day course taught onsite. Each participant will be required to have access to a computer.

What’s it about? - This course is designed for users who have already completed Affinity Essentials Course and our Affinity Workflow program. It provides the tools for users to better understand fundamental programming concepts such as functions, variables, and syntax. Build interactivity, retrieve and populate information to help automate core manual functions, and reduce error rates.

What’s involved? – A 1 day course taught onsite, with the prerequisites of having completed our “Affinity Essentials” and “Data Forms & Precedents” courses. Each participant will be required to have access to a computer.

About – Best practice training on data forms and how to create, use and apply them within Affinity. The creation, management and configuration of precedents within Affinity.

What’s involved? – A 1 day course taught onsite, with the prerequisites of having completed our “Affinity Essentials” course. Each participant will be required to have access to a computer.
