Ian joined LexisNexis in 2006 as a Publishing Editor for Halsbury’s Laws of Australia. Prior to LexisNexis, Ian practiced law handling migration matters for a small firm in Sydney and is qualified with Law and Health Science degrees.  Ian is highly regarded by his clients and his colleagues for providing relevant, practical and entertaining training.

Melbourne, VIC/TAS/NT - Bruce Shearer BA LLB B.LITT Cert IV T&A GRAD Cert VET

Bruce has extensive experience in adult education, legal studies and the practice of law.  Prior to joining LexisNexis in 2000, Bruce taught legal studies at the Council of Adult Education and worked as a Research and Policy Advisor at the Communications Law Centre in Melbourne.

Garima completed her undergraduate legal qualifications in India and Masters in Digital Economy Law at Monash University. Before joining LexisNexis in 2008 she worked as a Solicitor and a Research Analyst with Monash University. Garima applies her law and research experience to provide tailored learning programs for her clients..

Manjeet comes to Australia after 10 years working for LexisNexis in the UK. Manjeet obtained both a degree and post graduate in law and practiced for a short time before joining LexisNexis.

Brisbane, QLD – Mark Norman FHEA BA (Hons) Info & Lib Studies  Member ALLA

Mark joined LexisNexis in June 2012 and has over 10 years experience as a librarian in the UK and Australia in the higher education, research, media and legal sectors.   This has given him practical expertise in the problems that librarians and their clients face and relishes the challenge of fulfilling obscure information requests.

Manager, Pacific - Carolyn Norman Cert IV T&A

Carolyn heads the Client Experience & Learning team and brings to the role 15 years experience in customer service and key client management and 10 years experience in learning and development across the legal, financial services, information technology and telecommunications sector.

Co-ordinator, Pacific – Amy Giffney  B.HRM Cert IV TAA

Amy has a Bachelor in Human Resource Management and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.  Amy has worked in customer focused training organisations since 2008 and is committed to assisting our clients to achieve their learning and development outcomes.

Learning & Development Specialist, Pacific– Romi Meyerowitz BSocSci (Hons)

Romi completed an Honours degree in Organisational Psychology from the University of Cape Town where she discovered her true passion for learning and development.  Romi relocated to the UK and joined LexisNexis Customer Training Team. In 2011, Romi transferred to LexisNexis Pacific to develop our online learning portal the Knowledge Network.
