8. When trying to launch the CD I get a message "Error opening file".

This error indicates that the Folio Bound Views software cannot follow the shortcut path to the LexisNexis CD to launch the product. Please ensure that the CD is in the correct drive i.e. the drive which the CD was in when the product was installed. If the CD is in place, please ensure that it is not scratched or dirty. You can also check the properties of the shortcut icon that you use to launch the product and at the end of the Command (Win3.x) or Target (Win95/98/NT) Line after "-i" you will see the current path to the CD, please amend this if it has changed. If this does not resolve the problem please call 1800 999 906 or email the Helpline

9. When accessing a link on the CD I get a message "Publisher has limited the number of users...".

By default, our CDs are shipped with a single user or one concurrent user license for the publications which they contain. If you have purchased a license with more than one user, please call 1800 999 906 or email the Helpline to have access unlocked for the appropriate amount of users. If the number of concurrent users is correct and you are running the CD on a network, it is possible that someone at another workstation still has the product open; simply close down their session and try accessing the link again.

12. When trying to launch the CD I get a message "Library must reside on writeable media".

The 'library' being referred to is not the information on the CD but security files that Folio uses to run the product. You need to ensure that the directory where Folio is installed (usually a directory called BWORTH or BWNET) has full read and write permission access for those users that are using the LexisNexis CDs.
Contact your internal computer department if you're not sure how to do this.

13. When trying to use the CD I get a message "Cannot run 16 bit application".
