This service aims to provide practitioners with the essential material required to bring or defend an action in the civil jurisdiction of the Magistrates Court of Western Australia and the Western Australian State Administrative Tribunal. In addition to the principal legislation of the Magistrates Court, it contains specially dedicated sections including all relevant Forms, Costs and Fees and Related Legislation, and a Practice and Procedural Guide for the Magistrates Court. It also contains all the relevant legislative material for the WA SAT, including an annotated version of the State Administrative Tribunal Act and Rules.
