The College of Law Practice Papers have been developed over a period of 30 years and form a significant collection of detailed procedural guides to key areas of legal practice. They provide the fundamental instructional material for the College's Professional Program and have been developed and maintained by the College's senior academic staff and other experts from all branches of the legal profession, and from other related professions. The Practice Papers Online combine the traditional strength of the College's instructional material with advances in publishing technology to create an important new resource for lawyers facing up to the challenges of practice in the Twenty-First Century. The entire Practice Paper collection is published online and a number of the papers, which students use most frequently during the Professional Program, are also printed in a four volume format.
