Australian Journal of Family Law

This peer reviewed journal was awarded an A ranking by the Australian Research Council in 2009. A leading forum for the discussion of important issues in family law, such as mediation, property settlement, de facto relationships and domestic violence.Although the emphasis of the journal is on the practice and development of the law, a broad interdisciplinary approach is encouraged.
