Simon leads sales enablement strategy and New Lexis, our ground-breaking business-wide transformation program, across the Asia Pacific business.
His role is to focus on building a high impact forward looking sales strategy to help deliver growth across the region. This encompasses design, tools, knowledge and processes that help a sales force to achieve.
In also leading New Lexis, Simon’s responsibility is to provide go-to-market leadership for our most future facing and innovative program. New Lexis encompasses an upgrade to both the technology platform underpinning our next generation web-based application solution, called Lexis Advance, as well as an upgrade to our key business systems. With Lexis Advance we now offer best practice in user interface design alongside a transformation and enrichment of our content and search engine.
With many years of senior sales and marketing leadership experience at LexisNexis, Simon has a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing go-to-market strategies to achieve sustained customer centric growth and profitability.
Prior to joining LexisNexis in August 2010, Simon also led the sales business at CCH Australia and at McGraw-Hill Australia, where he focused on delivering business growth, building teams and improving customer experience. Simon has also held senior sales leadership roles at Pearson in Europe and Australia.
