Samantha leads the HR function in providing strategic direction, leadership, business partnership and counsel to the Pacific region covering Australia, New Zealand and also India in all areas of HR management. Her role is to create a rewarding employee experience with understanding and delivering initiatives focused on workplace culture and engagement, personalised communication, performance, development and talent management. Samantha will partner with business leaders to increase capability to ensure a highly engaged and accountable workforce focused on high performance and delivery of exceptional customer service.
Prior to joining LexisNexis, Samantha worked across diverse sectors including Finance and Banking, FMCG and Not-for-Profit/Community Services – progressing to various roles in senior leadership and project management.
