Richard Kidd is responsible for Operational Services for LexisNexis Pacific. The Operational Services function is tasked with ensuring optimal operational performance across the business by connecting business stakeholders to strategic partners and working with them to deliver business capabilities for Content Systems, Information Technology and Infrastructure, Facilities, Accounting Services and Customer Support. These functional areas help LexisNexis Pacific execute on providing high quality solutions and services inside the business and to customers.
Richard joined LexisNexis in 1999 and has held a variety of roles across the LexisNexis Pacific organisation including Editorial, Product Development, Technology Development, Strategy, Practice Management and Vendor Management working with teams in Australia and New Zealand.
Richard holds a BCom and LLB from the University of New South Wales.
