As Executive Director, Content Development, Rachel drives strategic new content development across Lexis Nexis Pacific. Rachel works with a talented team of experienced commissioning editors and innovative product development staff in both Australia and New Zealand to ensure our new and existing titles meet changing customer needs. Prior to her current role, Rachel was Executive Manager of Lexis Nexis NZ and the Head of Content and Product Development leading the Research, Professional Development and Magazines businesses with responsibility for revenue, profit, cost, and strategy.

Before joining LexisNexis NZ in 2010, Rachel worked for CCH New Zealand as the Product Development Manager responsible for developing new products and was a key member of the management team driving operational and strategic planning and execution. Rachel had also been a Publisher at CCH, responsible for commercial management of the product portfolio, operations management of all production requirements, and management of editorial and production staff.

Rachel holds a BA LLB (Law), English Literature from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.
