Jen Armstrong

Jen Armstrong is the Chief Marketing Officer of LexisNexis Pacific. She and her team are responsible for gaining essential insight on customer needs and activities and communicating LexisNexis solutions to the market. Jen directs this customer feedback loop as an essential part of the LexisNexis go-to-market process, which is designed to create value and improve outcomes for customers.

Jen’s experience includes developing and executing channel strategy for a division of Pearson Education in the United States and leading marketing for the US legal academic division of Wolters Kluwer. She moved to Australia in 2010 with CCH Australia, a Wolters Kluwer business. Prior to entering information publishing, Jen was a design director in the consumer magazine industry.

Jen holds an MBA from Boston University and a BS in Journalism from Bowling Green State University.
