Project Futures
This year, LexisNexis has developed a new relationship supporting Project Futures, a non-government organisation with a vision to raise awareness and funding for the global problem of sex trafficking. Through event initiatives and media outlets, video campaigns and school presentations and a 590 km bike ride across Vietnam and Cambodia, Project Futures has been key in raising awareness in Australia of sex trafficking. To support Project Futures, LexisNexis organised a visit by Somaly Mam to Australia during LexisNexis Cares Week (18-25 June 2010).
