About the Author
Gillian Triggs is Challis Professor of International Law and Dean of the Faculty of Law, University of Sydney. She is a Public International Lawyer and a former Director of the British Institute of International and Comparative Law and General Editor of the International and Comparative Law Quarterly. Gillian has published on Territorial and Maritime Sovereignty, Jurisdiction, Energy and Resources Law, WTO and International Criminal Law. Gillian was admitted to practice in 1969, has maintained an international commercial legal practice and is a Barrister with Seven Wentworth Chambers, Sydney, NSW.
