About the Authors

Jason Harris is a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Law at the University of Technology, Sydney. Jason has taught corporations law at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in law and business schools and has published widely in this area.
Anil Hargovan is an Associate Professor in the School of Business Law and Taxation at the University of New South Wales. His main area of teaching, research and publication is company law, with a particular focus on corporate governance, directors’ duties and shareholders remedies.
Professor Michael Adams is Dean, School of Law at the University of Western Sydney and is a specialist in the areas of corporate law, financial services regulation and corporate governance.
