About the Authors
Daniel Khoury is a senior lecturer in the department of Business Law and Taxation at Monash University. He has authored and jointly authored several books in the areas of taxation law and contract law.
Yvonne Yamouni is a former staff member at Monash University. At present she is a lecturer of law at various universities in Melbourne.
