The Takeovers Panel has received a review application from Hochtief Aktiengesellschaft, seeking a review of the decision in Leighton Holdings Limited 02 (the decision in Leighton Holdings Limited 01, 02 and 03 [2010] ATP 13 is available on the Panel site.
The review application relates exclusively to the application dated 26 October 2010 by Hochtief for a declaration of unacceptable circumstances in relation to the affairs of Leighton (set out at [25]-[27] of the decision).
The Panel makes no comment on the merits of the application.
