Dr Dominic Henley Katter is a barrister, with a general commercial litigation practice, appearing regularly in the Supreme Court of Queensland, Federal Circuit Court of Australia, District Court of Queensland, QCAT (as to building matters and administrative matters at both first instance and on appeal), the Federal Court, the National Court and Supreme Court of Papua New Guinea and the High Court of the Solomon Islands, throughout the years since 2001. Dr Katter has been retained in matters in various jurisdictions during that time and has been admitted in the following jurisdictions: Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales, Western Australia, ACT, NT, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands.
