Gary Testro

Articled Clerk, Council of Legal Education (RMIT)

Gary Testro has been a practising lawyer since 1969. He is an Accredited Specialist in Environmental, Planning and Local Government Law since 1990.

He was previously a sessional member of the Planning Appeals Board and the Planning Division of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal of Victoria, as well as a lecturer in the Environmental Law components of post graduate and Master’s level courses in Engineering at three Universities.

His legal practice has involved being an adviser to a range of municipal councils, public authorities, developers and private clients.

Gary was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria and High Court of Australia in 1969, and dmitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1988.
