Bill Madden

BA LLB (Hons); FAAL; Acc Spec (Pers. Inj).

Bill is a Special Counsel at Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers and teaches at the Western Sydney , the University of Melbourne and the Queensland University of Technology.

He is on the editorial board member for the LexisNexis publications Australian Health Law Bulletin and Australian Civil Liability, and is a co-author of the books Australian Medical Liability and The National Disability Insurance Scheme Handbook published by LexisNexis.
