Practice Management Networking Event
The first in our series of practice management seminars was held at the historic Mint building in Sydney on 11 June 2008.
The topic was 'Incorporated Legal Practices - The Future of Compliance', which was presented by Chris Shrewsbury of the Law Society of New South Wales. The seminar attracted an enthusiastic crowd from large and small law firms. Delegates found the relaxed atmosphere a great place to network and discuss topical issues with fellow practitioners.
At the event we were very pleased to introduce our new practice management solutions; Lexis Back Office Library for small law firms and Lexis Affinity for medium and large law firms. These solutions integrate LexisNexis' quality research with leading practice management software, and create solutions that automate the workflow of legal professionals and support staff.

Lexis Visualfiles User Group
Our Lexis Visualfiles customers and colleagues are invited to the upcoming User Group currently scheduled for 21 August 2008. This event is the second national user group forum that allows customers and potential buyers to come together to network, meet our new team, and receive information on future software developments. Lexis Affinity Sydney User Group
Our Lexis Affinity customers are invited to the upcoming User Group scheduled for early September 2008. This event will unveil the major enhancements for the next version of Lexis Affinity due for release in September 2008. The event will be held at Swaab Attorney’s office in Sydney and will run for approximately two hours. Locus PMS User Group
The next Locus PMS User Group will be held for our customers on 20 August 2008. The session will demonstrate how to work with the automated billing functionality. The group will meet at 12.30pm at the Law Society of NSW and invitations will be sent shortly to members of this group. ALPMA Legal Management Summit
