Private International Law explains the principles of Australian private international law and the methods by which they are applied to legal problems that cross State and national borders. The three key issues of jurisdiction, choice of law and the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments are introduced. The most important areas of each are discussed in detail, and by reference to the law in all Australian jurisdictions.
