With divorce cases on the rise, people are increasingly conscious of the need for alternative dispute resolution processes. Collaborative Law is a goal driven approach looking to achieve the best result for all parties involved.

With this in mind, we have put together a series of 5 practical workshops which will give you a thorough understanding of the process and responsibilities of all parties involved. The program is structured to meet your training needs to enable you to play an effective role in the collaborative process.

Key sessions:

  • Session 1: Working together as a collaborative team
  • Session 2: Understand the difference between collaborative law and lawyer negotiated settlement
  • Session 3: The role of the third neutral third party financial adviser
  • Session 4: The role of the collaborative coach, child consultant, mediator and family dispute practitioner
  • Session 5: Working in the interdisciplinary collaborative team
