Legal Liability
Legal liability may arise with respect to discrimination or harassment of clients and customers, as anti-discrimination laws cover a range of areas in which businesses operate, including the provision of goods and services, accommodation, clubs and education. The following table (referred to as appendix 1 in the book) denotes these areas which are covered by legislation.
