• The Financial Framework Legislation Amendment Act 2005 No 8 (Sch 1 items 97-108) amends ss 20A, 20G, 20H, 139L, 153A, 163, 163A, 252A and 254 of the Bankruptcy Act 1966. These amendments are effective as of 22 February 2005.

 

• Schedule 2 of the Federal Court Rules and Federal Court Forms 5, 150 and 157 have recently been updated.

Please note the forms in the following files should now be read in lieu of what currently appears at paragraphs [94,001], [94,015], [94,050] and [121,025] of Butterworths Annotated Acts: Annotated Bankruptcy Act 1966 Regulations and Rules, 3rd edition.
