About the Author

Paul Kenny is a Senior Lecturer in the Flinders Business School at Flinders University. Prior to joining the university, Paul worked for the Australian Taxation Office and for tax consulting firms. In 2000, he was awarded the Teaching Prize for the School of Commerce, and in 2001 and 2003, the School's Research Prize. He is also a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia.

For the past 10 years he has been involved with the teaching taxation, firstly at ATAX UNSW and currently at the School of Law, UWS.
